20 On the tenth day of the fifth month in the seventh year, some of the leaders of Israel came to ask for Yahweh’s help. They sat in front of me.

² Then Yahweh spoke his word to me. He said, ³ “Son of man, speak to the leaders of Israel. Tell them, ‘This is what Adonay Yahweh says: Are you coming to ask me for help? As I live, declares Adonay Yahweh, you will not be allowed to ask me for help.’
